Library Administration: Budget Preparation Policy

Applicable EOU procedures will be followed for the annual budgeting process. The Library Director will solicit suggestions from library staff on regular budget, supplemental and future needs, and is responsible for the final expression of budgetary needs. The Library Director discusses and supports the budget proposal with the immediate supervisor, Provost /VP of Academic Affairs.
